He is survived by his wife, Alberta Robbins; daughter and son-in-law, Lucinda Robbins Picou and Trent; daughter, Crystal Jon Robbins; daughter and son-in-law, Jilliann Robbins Carlson and Bryan; daughter and son-in-law, Joyce Smith and Chris; son, Johnathen Blanchard; grandchildren, Matthew Picou, Alyce Picou, Kelsey Carlson, Trevor Carlson, Wyatt Robbins, Aaron Phromson, Matthew Flores, Caleb Parker, Johnathen Dennis, Sabrina Dennis; brothers and sisters, Marion Thomas Robbins, Charlcie Edna Robbins, Patsy Jean Scott, and Alfred Lee Robbins; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Lowell Sylestine and Gordon Sylestine; sisters, Janie Battise and Delbra Sylestine; and grandson, Willis Johnson. Penny was born November 4, 1960 in LaDonia, Texas, to parents, Samuel Boyd Barnett and Dorothy Jean (Nipp) Barnett, and passed away March 15, 2020 in Livingston, Texas. He will he missed by friends and family and all that knew him. He continued his service to our nation as a Department of Defense civilian supporting United States Army flight operations. After being discharged, he returned to Farmersville, Texas and married Jean Gooch and started a family.
