This department fosters and enables healthy working relationship between the Corporation and her employees in accordance with internal/external rules guiding the operations of the Corporation. The Department handles general administration, operations management, public relations, legal issues and compliance, welfare, performance enhancement, motivation and compensation, social security and payroll operations.
The HR Department ensures an overall compliance to policy, internal and external regulations including employee career prospects
The HRD has as target to constantly operate and develop human potential in order to achieve the corporation’s objectives.
Herman MBELLA IKOME (Human Resource Manager)
The Department is currently headed by the Human resource manager, assisted by officers, supervisors and staff that are separated into two main branches the Administrative arm and the Payroll/wages arm. The following are functions/ responsibility in the department.
Before the outbreak of the Socio political crises currently ravaging the North West and South-West Regions of Cameroon, the Corporation had a work force of 2,100 employees.
Currently, the total labor capacity stands at 483 persons spread over her three (03) estates; Lobe, Ndian and Bai. The Corporation equally has a total of 363 jobbing operatives spread over the same estates.
The Corporation operates two (02) hospitals which are located in Lobe and Ndian Estates and a hospital annex in Bai Estate to cater for her employees and their dependents as well as inhabitants of adjacent or neighboring communities.
