The primary goal of PAMOL today is to keep developing itself to ensure its survival and to make enough profit to share dividends. This goal can only be achieved through appropriate and foresight policies such as:
- Development, maintenance and exploitation of its oil palm and rubber plantations.
- Updating and increasing the production capacity of its transformation units – the palm oil mills.
- Extension of oil palm and rubber plantations.
- Encouraging smallholders of oil palms to establish around PAMOL estates, with the aim of buying their crop for transformation. The objective is to have 60% of processed crop from smallholders while PAMOL produces only

SMALLHOLDINGS
The company encourages the development of oil palm smallholdings around her Estates and the results are positive. About 6,390, ha of oil palms belonging to 1,026 smallholder farmers have been censured having an estimated production potential of 30.000 tons FFB/year that is expected to be processed by Pamol.
